BEST Napoli
History
Local BEST Group Naples was born in 1994 due to the founding members farseeing intuition. Thanks to the large number of academic and leisure activities fulfilled, membership has increased during the last years.
Nowadays BEST Naples has about 50 members. Volunteering their time, they strive to reach association goals and to promote educational and cultural collaboration among university students.

Local BEST Group Naples is located in the Faculty of Engineering of the University “Federico II” of Naples in Piazzale Tecchio 80.
The University of Naples was founded on 5th June 1224, when the Swabian Emperor Federico II sent a ‘generalis lictera’ from Siracusa and the university was named after him.
It’s the most important university in Naples and the oldest public and non-denominational university in the world.
Everyday about 100,000 students attend one of its 13 different Faculty courses.
The following Faculties belong to the University “Federico II”: Agriculture, Architecture, Economy, Pharmacy, Law, Engineering, Arts, Medicine, Veterinary Science, Biotechnological Science, Mathematical Science, Physics and Natural Science, Political Science and Sociology.
About 3200 professors (full-professors, associate lecturers, researchers, assistants) provide a wide range of different instructive possibilities.
